Transliteration for search engines (SEO)

The SEO (Search Engine Optimization) transliteration was created based on the analysis of a large number of transliterated URLs in Google and Yandex web search engines. It perfectly suits for automatic URL generation (it is possible to replace whitespace characters with safe analogues).
